Cambodia Joins 2025 Asian Championship Adult & U21 in Jordan

Cambodian national Jiu-Jitsu athletes have left for Jordan to attend the 2025 Asian Championship Adult & U21, which will be held from May 23 to 26.
Speaking at the Phnom Penh International Airport before departure on May 20, H.E. Thong Thorn, Acting President of the Jiu-Jitsu Federation of Cambodia, said the 2025 Asian Championship Adult & U21 is a fantastic opportunity for Cambodian athletes to accumulate their technical experience, and Cambodian athletes have joined this event annually.
H.E. Thong Thorn continued that the Jiu-Jitsu Federation of Cambodia has always had a good record of winning medals, and in this competition, the federation also set a goal to win medals for the nation.
The Cambodian athletes sent to the event are gold medalists at the SEA Games 2023 and the 2024 Southeast Asian Jiu-Jitsu Event, underlined the acting president.
The federation sent a delegate, a coach, a technical official, and six athletes to participate in the 2025 Asian Championship Adult & U21, organised by the International Jiu-Jitsu Federation (IJF).
