H.E. Heng Sour (C, Standing, Pic. 1), Minister of Labour and Vocational Training, presides over here at the Embassy of Japan this morning the signing ceremony of the project on “Promoting Livelihoods and Employment for Returning Migrant Workers Affected by Border Conflicts,” inked between H.E. UENO Atsushi, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan to Cambodia, and Ms. Xiaoyan Qian, Director of the International Labour Organisation (ILO) Office for Cambodia, Lao PDR, and Thailand.
