H.E. Professor Chheang Ra (Pic. 1), Minister of Health, addresses the participants while he and H.E. Kim Chang Yong, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to Cambodia, were presiding over the groundbreaking ceremony for the construction of Cambodia-Korea Friendship Building (Building 2) of the National Pediatric Hospital in Phnom Penh this morning.
