H.E. Dr. Hang Chuon Naron (3rd R, Pic. 1), Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Education, Youth and Sport, presides over the first “10,000 Steps for 10,000 Students” Run, held at Koh Pich Convention and Exhibition Centre in Phnom Penh this morning with the participation of approximately 4,000 national and international runners.
