AKP Kandal, August 26, 2026—

A delegation of the National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam led by its Vice Chairwoman H.E. Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh (Pic. 1) arrives at Techo International Airport this afternoon to participate in the 2nd Inter-Parliamentary Speakers’ Conference (ISC-2) being hosted in Phnom Penh capital city, the Kingdom of Cambodia, from Aug. 26-28.

The delegation was warmly welcomed upon their arrival at the airport by H.E. Mann Chhoeun, Vice Chairman of the 7th Commission of the Senate.
