"SEABOURN ENCORE" Cruise Ship Docks at Sihanoukville's Port
AKP Phnom Penh, January 10, 2024 --
A tourist ship sailing under the flag of Bahamas named "SEABOURN ENCORE" docked at the Sihanoukville Autonomous Port (PAS) in Preah Sihanouk province this morning.
According to an immigration police officer at the PAS International Gate, the ship brought along 564 multi-national tourists, 290 of whom are women, of 22 nationalities, and 405 crewmembers, 105 of whom are women, of 49 nationalities.
Most of the tourists are American (259) and British (152), he said, adding that they visited cultural resorts, beaches and other tourist attractions in the Preah Sihanouk coastal province, while 44 tourists of 7 nationalities continue their visit to Angkor temples in Siem Reap province.
Coming from Thailand, the tourism vessel, which is 210.5 metres long, 28.25 metres wide, and 6 metres deep, will depart for Vietnam this evening.
Last year, "SEABOURN ENCORE" cruise ship with around 500 multinational tourists on board for each trip, visited Cambodia three times.
