The ASEAN Observer Team (AOT), together with Mr. Met Measpheakdey, Deputy Governor of Oddar Meanchey province and Major General Chea Sopheak, Deputy Commander of Military Region 4, and their working group, on Jan. 14 visit the Choam International Border Gate, public and private sites and civilian homes in Anlong Veng district, Oddar Meanchey province, affected by recent Thai military's invasion.
