H.E. Dr. Thongloun Sisoulith (Pic. 1), General Secretary of the Lao People's Revolutionary Party and President of the Lao People's Democratic Republic, disembarks from a special aircraft upon his arrival at Techo International Airport in Kandal province this morning to begin his two-day (Feb. 6-7) state visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia.
