AKP Phnom Penh, February 06, 2026—

Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen (R, Sitting, Pic. 1), President of the Cambodian People's Party, and H.E. To Lam, General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam, preside over the signing ceremony and exchange of notes at the January 7 Palace in Phnom Penh on Friday.

The agreements encompass cooperation between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Cambodia and Vietnam, the Cambodian Ministry of Cults and Religions and the Vietnamese Ministry of Ethnic and Religious Affairs, the Cambodian Ministry of Interior and the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security, and provinces along the Cambodia-Vietnam border.
