Samdech Akka Moha Sena Padei Techo Hun Sen, Acting Head of State of the Kingdom of Cambodia, poses for a photo with outgoing Singaporean Ambassador to Cambodia, H.E. Ms. Teo Lay Cheng, prior to their farewell meeting at the Solidarity Palace in Phnom Penh this morning. 

On the occasion, Samdech Techo Hun Sen also presented the Ambassador with a high decoration of Cambodia.
