Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Moha Borvor Thipadei Hun Manet departs the Russian Federation on the evening of June 18, after attending the ASEAN-Russia Commemorative Summit, marking the 35th Anniversary of ASEAN-Russia Dialogue Relations in Kazan, at the invitation of Russian President H.E. Vladimir Putin.
