Minister of Information H.E. Neth Pheaktra (Pic. 1) presides over the opening ceremony of a workshop to disseminate legal instruments governing the information and audiovisual sectors, held at the Ministry this morning with the participation of the Ministry’s leaders, directors of provincial and municipal information departments, representatives of journalist associations, television and radio stations, and newspaper outlets, totaling more than 200 journalists.
