AKP Kandal, September 22, 2026 --

A delegation of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, led by H.E. Kongsavat Bounlieng, Deputy Minister of Public Security of Laos, arrives at Techo International Airport this afternoon to attend the International Conference on Combating Online Scams (ICCOS-2026) to be hosted by Cambodia on Sept. 23-24 in Phnom Penh under the theme “Acting Together Towards Breaking the Chain and Eradication of Online Scams."
