A delegation of the Veterans Confederation of ASEAN Countries (VECONAC), led by H.E. Gen. Kittisangahabindit Kun Kim (Pic. 1), Senior Minister, Vice President and Secretary-General of the Cambodian Veterans and Pensioners Association (CVP), and 2026 Rotating President of VECONAC, pays a courtesy call on H.E. Dr. Kao Kim Hourn (Pic. 2), Secretary-General of ASEAN, at the Sun & Moon, Riverside Hotel in Phnom Penh this afternoon, on the sidelines of the 38th VECONAC Executive Council Meeting and the 25th VECONAC General Assembly, being held in the capital from Oct. 3 to 7.
