AKP Phnom Penh, October 15, 2026—

H.E Abhisantibindit Sar Sokha, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, and H.E Say Samal, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Land Management, Urban Planning and Construction, lead their respective delegations to lay a wreath and pays tribute to His Majesty the late King-Father, Samdech Preah Norodom Sihanouk (Preah Borom Ratanak Kaudh), on the 14th anniversary of his passing away (Oct. 15, 2012 – Oct. 15, 2026), at the Royal Statue, located in a public park, east of the Monument of Independence in Phnom Penh, this morning.
