H.E. Neth Pheaktra (Pic. 1), Minister of Information, addresses the participants while he was presiding over here at the Ministry’s training centre this morning the opening ceremony of a training course on “Journalism Technical Skills,” taking place from May 25 to 29, aimed at strengthening journalists’ capacities and knowledge in news writing, interviewing, and news gathering skills, as well as enhancing the use of digital technology in the media sector and promoting professional ethics with greater quality and effectiveness.
